Accepted Within: 30 days of purchase, if not satisfied.
Condition: Unopened, unused products in original packaging (for hygiene reasons, opened herbal teas/self-care items typically cannot be resold).
❌ Non-Returnable:
Opened or used products (for safety reasons).
Final sale/discontinued items (clearly mark these at purchase).
Refunds
Refund issued to original payment method within 5–10 business days after return inspection
⚠️ Exceptions:
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Sale items may only qualify for store credit (specify if applicable).
Damaged/Defective Products
Contact within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll replace or refund.
